JOHN H. POPE
President
Mr. Pope is the founder and President of Pope Corporation. He determines the overall vision and leads the team at Pope Corporation. Mr. Pope is passionate about transforming the commercial real estate industry by combining a software and consulting company.
Mr. Pope was previously with the HWH Group, a site selection, incentives and New Market Tax Credit consulting company. He was also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Rubicon Representation, a tenant representation firm, which grew from two employees to the fifth largest tenant representation only firm in Texas. Prior to founding Rubicon, Mr. Pope worked at Stream Realty Partners where he closed three of the top ten largest tenant representation transactions in the 15 year history of the company. Mr. Pope has been honored with industry wide awards such as the Power Broker Award, Heavy Hitters Award and was honored as a finalist for the DBJ’s Most Creative Deal of the Year Award. John graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where he played linebacker on the Mustangs' football team. He is a resident of West University Place, Texas. He is married to Ashley Pope and they have a son, Parker, and a daughter, Allie.

CHARLES E. WALKER, CCIM
Executive Vice President, Global Strategy
Mr. Walker has over 14 years of experience with a career spent successfully establishing, overseeing, and supporting real estate departments for organizations. He is a proven innovative advisor for national and regional clients, having developed a number of key real estate strategies.
He has significant experience in asset management and tracking, development of policies and procedures, construction and project management, property and facility management, lease administration, relocation analysis and transaction management. He serves clients in all aspects of real estate by aligning their business objectives with real estate strategies and processes.
He has strategically managed real estate portfolios across 86 cities and successfully negotiated transactions totaling more than 1,000,000 square feet as part of the implementation of clients’ real estate initiatives. He has developed long-range strategies for over 40 corporate clients, incorporating industry best practices. He earned the CCIM designation and has held a Texas Sales Agent License since 2005.

BRADY WRIGHT
Vice President
Brady is a Vice President at Pope Corporation. In this role, his primary responsibility is to work with clients on their national real estate portfolios. Brady specializes in working with companies in the healthcare industry. He began his commercial real estate career at White Star Real Estate in Warsaw, Poland where he worked on the financing side of major development projects. Prior to joining Pope Corporation Brady graduated from Rice University where he was a four year letterman on the football team.

CONNOR CELLA
Senior Associate
Connor Cella is an Senior Associate with Pope Corporation. In this role, his primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and deal execution within the firm’s office division. Connor focuses on the development of the firm’s productivity and growth by his extensive market research and business development. He began his commercial real estate career at Oxford Partners where he focused on representing office tenants in the Greater Houston area. Prior to working at Oxford, Connor graduated from Rice University where he was a four-year starter on the football team. He played an integral part in Rice winning its first conference championship in over 50 years.

ASHLEY POPE
Chief of Staff
Mrs. Pope is the Chief of Staff at Pope Corporation. As Chief of Staff, Mrs. Pope focuses on creating and implementing systems to make Pope Corporation more efficient and effective.
Before taking a hiatus from commercial real estate to have children and care for them, Mrs. Pope was a Principal at Hughes Commercial Real Estate & Development, LLC, representing both landlords and tenants.
Throughout her career, notable landlord representation deals made include the lease of a 305,000 square foot speculative warehouse facility for Crow Holdings Industrial to Discount Tire and a 286,000 square foot lease of USAA’s 520,000 square foot speculative warehouse to Ozburn-Hessey Logistics. Notable tenant representation deals include a 721,900 square foot lease for Android Industries and a 26,646 square foot office lease for Daikin AC (Americas), Inc.
Mrs. Pope was named Dallas Business Journal’s Rookie of the Year after her first year in the business. This award is given to the top producing first year broker among all firms. Mrs. Pope has been listed as one of CoStar’s Power Brokers for “Top Industrial Leasing Broker” and she ranked number 6 with Black’s Guide for Dallas Industrial Top Young Guns Under 35.” Prior to joining Hughes Commercial, Mrs. Pope worked at Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. from 2008-2012.
Mrs. Pope is active in several community organizations including Houston’s First Baptist Church, Leaping Butterfly Ministry and Texas Children’s Hospital Ambassadors. She is married to John H. Pope and together, they have two children, Parker and Allie.

WHAT'S IN A NAME?
When I decided to start this company, it wasn't difficult to know what I would name it. It would be my family name, Pope.
I have always been taught and strongly believe that a person’s name is the most important asset that they have in life. As the Proverb says, "A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold." I take my family name seriously and I am proud of the history of hard work, success, and integrity that it represents.
With Pope Corporation, I commit to honor the name that those before me have spent lifetimes building and that those after me will inherit.
